Lumisa symbolizes the meeting point between industry and craftsman.

The whole concept revolves around the integration of the cable, as a symbol of industrialization, into the braiding of natural fibers, as a symbol of traditional craftsmanship.

This project will go on sale in January 2022 by the Kave Home brand.

Our initial goal was to combine natural fibres with other materials, respecting the logic of each one separately. When we started to investigate braiding, the idea of working with the lamp cable as the material to be braided arose. We decided to braid it following the profile of a volume and use the same cable to create the handle. This way we could create a lamp that can work on the floor, on a piece of furniture or hanging.
